Pecan Crusted Catfish

Ingredients

  • 2 Delta Pride Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ¼ cut shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Non-stick spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat dry your Delta Pride Farm-Raised Catfish with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, dijon mustard, and melted butter and mix well. Set the mixture aside. For the pecan crust, combine shredded parmesan cheese, chopped pecans, garlic, and parsley in a bowl and gently mix until well combined.
  3. Brush the honey mustard mixture onto the catfish. Using your hands, grab a generous amount of your pecan mixture and press it onto the top of the catfish.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and air fry at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for at least 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
